Proof from real work
When a project ends, the Proof Engine asks for a review or a referral at a decent tempo. You approve every email. Optional Google. The proof can live on your site.
The system under the Proof Engine
Trust OS is a website, the Proof Engine, and a client portal — for firms that want proof to live somewhere trustworthy and clients out of email.
Already clear on the Proof Engine? This is the system underneath. New here? Start with Proof Engine or Book 15 minutes.
No pitch. If it is not a fit, he will say so.
Or call (425) 224-6078
Practice $1,200/year after the call · Invitation only when we offer it · DFY $4,997 year one

Example · a CPA firm. Same system for architects, bookkeepers, advisors, and consultants.
The check
Most of your work still arrives by referral. Then they look you up. If the page is empty, generic, or silent, the introduction can leak.
We do not promise new leads. We make that first look match the work you already do.
Next week · Inbox
“They felt more comfortable with someone else.” That is not your skill. That is what a stranger can tell in eight seconds.
A habit of asking for reviews and referrals after real work — plus a website where that proof can live.
Not ads. Not an SEO retainer. Not a replacement for the tools you already run.
Architects, builders and trades, CPAs and bookkeepers, advisors, and consultants. Owners and partners. About 1–20 people. A live practice.
The first step
Book 15 minutes with Charles. He will say if Proof Engine fits — or if you need the full Trust OS site and portal, or a Trust Audit. If it is not a fit, he will say so. No pitch deck.
Owner or partner. Live firm.
Fit, a later date, or a kind no.
You see how review and referral notes would work after your jobs. You approve every message.
Practice, Done with you, Invitation when we offer it — or walk away.
This is not a character flaw. You just do not have a system for it yet.
| Area | How it works now | With Trust OS |
|---|---|---|
| Reviews | You ask when you remember | Proof Engine asks after finished work, then quiet |
| A hard review | You hope it goes away | You call this week. The review stays. |
| Case studies | The page stays blank | You start from the finished project |
| Writing & photos | A site project you never finish | A post or photo set goes live without a rebuild |
| Client follow-up | Email threads and PDFs | Tasks, forms, and files in one place |
| Tools | A site, some forms, and notes | One system under your name |
| Emails | You hope the tone is right | AI drafts. You approve. |
What you get
The Proof Engine captures reviews and referrals after finished work. The website is where that proof can live. A portal is for clients who are still in email. Neither site nor portal is required to start the engine.
When a project ends, the Proof Engine asks for a review or a referral at a decent tempo. You approve every email. Optional Google. The proof can live on your site.
Build a new site or import the one you have. Put it on your domain. A busy visitor can tell who you help, what happens next, and see proof you already earned. Not required to start the engine.
An invite-only portal for tasks, messages, forms, and files. Optional. Clients stop hunting through email. Included in Practice and DFY year one.
How it works
Same order as the Proof Engine: capture proof first. A site and a portal can wait. Neither is required to start asking.
A job closes. The Proof Engine drafts a review or referral. You approve it. Trust OS can send on your behalf from day one; replies come to you. Connect your domain when you want the mail to come from you.
Put it on a website a stranger can trust. Create or import. Publish when it tells the truth. Not required to start asking.
Optional. A portal for tasks, files, and messages if clients still live in inboxes. Skip it until you need it.
Ask after finished work. Then quiet. No weekly drip. The habit still runs when you are busy.
After the call
You are not choosing a price on the first click. Then Practice, Invitation when we offer it, done-with-you install — or export and walk. See plans.
See it
Here is the story, in order. Not a random pile of screenshots.

Every review or referral ask waits for you. Trust OS can send on your behalf; replies go to you. Connect your domain when you want From to be yours. Hard reviews stay.

A live site that says who you help and shows work you approved. This example is a CPA firm; architects and other professionals get the same system.

Optional. An invite-only portal they sign into — tasks, files, and messages under your name.
How proof works
If finished work never shows up in public, you have to prove yourself again at every lunch. We help you save the proof — with your OK — on your own site.
The job closes. That is the cue — not a New Year’s plan.
AI can draft the note. You change the tone. Nothing sends without you.
They leave a review or send a referral on a form on your site.
You put it on the site. The next visitor is already halfway sure.
Example · not a named client
Before: twenty years of good work, and nothing a stranger could read. Status lived in email. Reviews were never asked. After: they asked after a closed file — you approved the note. The first named proof sat on a simple page. A Friday update on open files. A line about what happens if something breaks.
This is a typical picture, not a named client. We will replace it with a real story as soon as we have permission.

Founder
I started programming at twelve. I built and ran a medical records and billing company for twenty years. I co-own a practice in Stanwood. I want the good people to win — the ones who will not cheat, and will not stay hidden.
Your client sees all of it. More visitors will not help if the firm still feels unclear.
| What they sell | What you still don’t get | |
|---|---|---|
| Website builder | Pretty pages | No reviews from real jobs, no portal, no “Where are we?” |
| Review widget | Stars | Not tied to finished work. Often on someone else’s site. |
| Generic CRM | A pipeline | How the client feels, and proof the public can see |
| Practice portal | Tasks and billing | A marketing site, case studies, and referrals |
| Trust OS | Proof from real work, a public home for it, an optional client portal, and an honest way to run it | |
Show finished work as case studies clients can trust.
Show finished jobs as proof the next owner can see.
Turn quiet good work into reviews and referrals.
Look as careful online as you are in the room.
Integrity
Why now. Tools get cheaper. Feeling safe with a firm does not. If clients like working with you — a clear path, an honest scope, and you own it when something breaks — you are not only competing on who typed first.
Pricing
You do not pick a price on the first click. Book 15 minutes, then choose. We do not promise leads or revenue.
Practice
Proof Engine on. Site and portal when you want a home for the proof.
Invitation
For owners we accept. Then $55 a year to host, or you export, or you move to Practice.
Done with you
Then $1,200 / year. A human install, not a mystery bid.
Audit
A diagnosis only. Not software.
Take the call. If we have not earned the next step, leave with your files. We will not hold the site. We will not invent your proof. We will not promise you clients.
Fair terms · software only
A site is not enough if a new visitor cannot tell who you help, what happens next, and why people like them trust you. Without reviews, stories, and a place for clients to work with you, they still leave unsure.
Asking after good work is just recording what happened. Begging after a messy job is salesy. You approve every message. We do the first kind.
That is why it has to run by default, not when you feel like it. Busy season is the test. After 30 days, the system should work without late nights every Sunday.
Book 15 minutes. If Proof Engine fits, Charles will say so. If you need the site and portal too, he will say that. If it is not a fit, he will say so. You do not pick a price on the first click.
Practice is $1,200/year for Trust OS, the website, and the portal. DFY year one is $4,997, then the same Practice price.
Your website lives on a firm address like your-firm.trustmarketing360.com — the website, review forms, and the client portal at /portal. You run the firm in Trust OS. Clients never land in your back office.
The portal is invite-only. Clients get a link and sign in with a 6-digit code we email them. A password is optional later.
Yes. Review and referral forms can live on your website even while you are still finishing the marketing pages.
A simple flag that a client may need a call — based on how the work is going. Not a credit score. Not a money rating.
Take the call. If we have not earned the next step, leave with your files. We will not hold the site. We will not invent your proof. We will not promise you clients. See the guarantee section for fair terms and what is not covered.
Book a short call. If this is not right for your firm, we will say so.
No pitch. If it is not a fit, he will say so.
